Graphic announcing online worship

Join with the rectors of St Augustine of Canterbury, St Andrew’s Harrow, Christ Church Colchester, St James Roseland and All Saints Downtown Windsor as we share in prayers, music and scripture for the Second Sunday in Pentecost.

The Facebook link is here. The bulletin and Propers for this worship links for download are below.

From Rev.’d Robert Clifford:
Hello my beloved siblings in Christ,

I hope you are doing well and staying healthy this weekend.
Please persist in praying for God’s promised peace and Kingdom of justice. Please also find ways to work for that peace and justice.
In-person church gatherings remain suspended for the time being.
Please know that I pray for each of you by name throughout the week. I am open to prayer requests, too – please feel free to send those to my confidential email or mobile number listed below.

We’ve come to the Second Sunday after Pentecost. As has become our pattern, we will worship live together via Facebook Live at this link – https://www.facebook.com/events/709606263149355/

The link will go live in the “discussion” tab at approximately 9:50am tomorrow and worship will get underway at 10am. I’ve attached the bulletin and the readings for Sunday. Please take some time to read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest the scriptures as we will spend some time on the 4 questions listed in the bulletin and the gospel passage. Your comments to the Facebook discussion and learnings are appreciated and may be offered into the broadcast.
The service will also be uploaded to YouTube by noon. Please head over to the St. Augustine of Canterbury YouTube channel and subscribe for notification of this and future releases. Our combined services are uploaded to that channel to comply with the terms of the online streaming licenses we are relying on for the music that have been purchased through that parish.

I’ve also attached an order for morning prayer that you can share as a family at home or small group by telephone. I am grateful to colleagues from across the church for the ways in which we have all come to support each other with resources to share. This comes to us from The Rev’d Naomi Miller in the Diocese of Niagara.
Bishop Todd offers periodic reflections on lectionary readings and other topics – this week he considers Racism and the readings appointed for this week ( https://youtu.be/fSgE1pzdne4 ). Please do subscribe to the Diocese of Huron channel for videos from Bishop Todd and others – https://www.youtube.com/user/diohuron/videos.
I have uploaded several new features to the All Saints’ YouTube channel (UCpVGUNoRjLB95l-ylpM-stw). I’m particularly please with Eric Davidson’s photographic study of our sacred space. Also, David Carle has offered up some great new selections (https://youtu.be/fSgE1pzdne4).
Please do feel free to share these resources with your friends. All are welcome.
