Rental Space

All Saints’ Anglican Church is a large, attractive, historic, and accessible downtown church with an excellent organ. The church has adjacent parking and access to City of Windsor parking lots. WIFI is available.

The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is the perfect setting for concerts, Anglican baptisms, weddings, and funerals.

Narthex from balconyThe Sanctuary features multiple stained glass windows and beautiful woodwork. The church has a sound system and comfortably seats 350+ people in its oak pews.

 

 

 

Tchoir singing at front of churchhe church is suitable for large events and has been used as a rehearsal and concert venue by the Windsor Symphony Orchestra, Windsor Classic Chorale, and University of Windsor’s School of Creative Arts – Music. It is an excellent venue for organ and other musical recitals.

Scott Hall Facilities:

Adjacent to the church is the two-story Scott Hall building which houses several function rooms (including the church office and rectory).

The Parish Hall

The Parish Hall is the perfect setting for receptions, banquets, showers, family celebrations, meetings, recitals, and rehearsals.

Scott Hall is suitable for any number of events. It encompasses a banquet facility, kitchen and a number of meeting rooms. The banquet area measures 4500 sq. ft., seating approximately 250 people auditorium-style or 120 banquet-style. There are cloth-covered chairs and banquet tables for use. As well, the room is equipped with a public address system with internet capability and wifi.

The banquet area allows for bright or soft lighting and ensures comfort with heat or air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Adjacent to the banquet room is a large well-equipped kitchen that may be made available by special arrangement.

 

 

Wedding receptions

Can be conveniently held in this large, accessible (from the north entrance) room adjacent to the Sanctuary. Outside caterers welcome.

Other Rooms

There are also several meeting rooms of various sizes available on both the ground level and second floor of the Scott Hall building. Both floors have two sets of washrooms with an additional wheelchair accessible washroom on the ground floor.

All facilities at ground level are wheelchair accessible. Chairs and tables are available for use.

Rental Rates for Regular and Occasional Users

Contact the church office at 519-253-8001 for rental rates. The form for rental can be downloaded here and submitted to the Church office (at 330 City Hall SQ W, Windsor ON, N9A 1J3) or via e-mail (to [email protected]).

General Rules

  • Opening & Closing Instructions to be reviewed with all users and followed
  • Tables/chairs – must be put back as found
  • No disposable Styrofoam or plastic products are to be used in the building
  • Serving of liquor:
    • “Bring your own” – not permitted
    • Group renting must obtain a Special Occasion Permit from the LCBO
  • Insurance is mandatory and can be obtained through the church’s policy at the group’s expense
  • Follow Provincial and Regional Health guidelines for safe gatherings.
